Research goal: Based on the information found in the literature, it has been verified that the use of biofertilizing algae can definitely improve plant quality, growth, and blooms.

In this work, studies were conducted to evaluate whether In this work, studies were conducted to evaluate whether the use of algae in the cultivation of ornamental cacti in pots can improve the growth, ornamental qualities and resistance to salt stress of plants that normally grow in environmental conditions different from our role of bio fertilizer in agriculture research papers. On July 28,plant height and circumference, role of bio fertilizer in agriculture research papers, suckers' number, number and length of thorns, vegetative and roots weight, flowers number, flowers life, plants dead from salinity stress, role of bio fertilizer in agriculture research papers, substrate microbial count, pH were analysed.

Results and Discussion: The test showed a significant increase in agronomic and quality parameters analyzed in plants treated with algae extracts on Lobivia arachnacantha, Lobivia aurea shaferi, Lobivia jojoiana and Lobivia grandiflora herzogli.

In fact, the trial showed in agronomic terms an increase in plant height and circumference, number of new suckers, vegetative and roots growth, number and length of thorns and flowers number. In qualitative terms, theses treated with algae extracts have shown a significant increase in role of bio fertilizer in agriculture research papers flower's life and greater resistance to salt stress.

The trial also showed an increase in the microorganism's number in the theses treated with algae and a lowering of the pH in the substrate. The results therefore suggest the presence of additional sources of carbon and energy in particular nitrogen and phosphorus that ensure the increase of microbial populations and influence their behavior.

Conclusions: This research paper highlights the potential of biofertilizer technology in terms of cost, environmental sustainability, and saline soil improvement. As in other experiments in the literature, the application of algae not only resulted in significant effects on plant growth but also influenced the development of microbial communities in the soil.

Integrated nutrient management strategies involving chemical and biologic fertilizer is a real challenge to stop using the high rates of agrochemicals and to enhance sustainability of crop production. In order to study the effects of In order to study the effects of livestock manure, chemical nitrogen, and biologic Azotobacter fertilizers on yield and yield components of wheat, an agricultural experiment in the form of split factorial design with three replications was conducted in Elam region, Iran.

The aim of this research was assessment of the effects of these fertilizers separately and in integrated forms; and setting out the best fertilizer mixture. The results showed that treatment with livestock manure, Azotobacter and chemical nitrogen increased plant height, biological and grain yield. Using livestock manure and Azotobacter increased biologic yield through increase in plant height which cause to increase in grain yield without any significant changes in harvest index and other yield components, but the use of chemical nitrogen caused an increase in plant height, No.

In the light of the results achieved, we may conclude that using livestock manure and chemical nitrogen fertilizer together with the Azotobacter had the maximum impact on yield; and that we can decrease use of chemical fertilizers through using livestock manure and biologic fertilizers and to reach to the same yield when we use only chemical fertilizers.

Bio-waste recycled to biofertilizer for the formulation of soil amendment called ARATI Organo-Mineral-Fertilizer OMF that reduces degradation of soil in rice field crop cultivation and improve yield at Badeggi, Niger state, Nigeria. The plot size was 5m x 3m. Initial soil sample of the experimental site was taken at 20cm depth and analyzed for Physico-chemical properties. The experimental design was a randomized complete block with three replicates and five treatments, transplanting of 21 days old seedlings of FARO 44 seedlings on September 7, and the ARATI OMF was applied once at 3 weeks after transplanting.

The transplanting in August 2, using FARO 52 rice variety. Recommended inorganic fertilizer only NPK application of split basal at 2 weeks after transplanting and top dress at 6 weeks after transplant for comparative studies.

Soil pH was acidic below 5. The organic carbon OC and total nitrogen improves by The rice field treatment percentage mean yield increase of The application of organic residues to soil amendment formulations is one of the most useful and ecological approaches to solve two problems: organic wastes disposal management and soil organic matter improvement. The carbon content of macroaggregates is highly correlated with their clay and silt increase in the treated soil as indices of soil sustainability and indicator of soil quality.

The impacts of organo-mineral fertilizer on crops application will help the understanding of the phytobiome and profitability for agriculture sustainable in 21st century.

Phosphorus and nitrogen are very much crucial for growth of Plant. Nitrogen fixing bacteria and phosphate solubilizing bacteria PSB promote plant growth and enhance various cellular processes like root elongation, proliferation and Nitrogen fixing bacteria and phosphate solubilizing bacteria PSB promote plant growth and enhance various cellular processes like root elongation, proliferation and changes of root architecture, seed development and normal crop maturity.

In present study the inoculation effect of phosphate solubilizing and Nitrogen fixing bacteria, isolated from rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of North Gujarat, India are investigated. The isolated bacteria were tested for indole acetic acid IAAammonia production and phosphate solubilization in vitro.

Various parameters like root and shoot height, number of root hair, length, width and weight of leaves and chlorophyll content under greenhouse condition was measured. The study shows highest IAA production 0, role of bio fertilizer in agriculture research papers. The DNA of effective bacterial isolates was amplified using 16S r-DNA primers.

Introduction Phosphorus P is the key element in the nutrition of plants next to the nitrogen.

Commonly known as the 'energy currency' as it is associated with the several vital functions of life. P is necessary for growth of all the forms of life on the planet earth including plants, animals and microorganisms as a component of nucleic acids, phospholipids that compose cellular membrane, ATP and ADP molecules. Phosphorus plays important role in all the metabolic process including photosynthesis, energy transfer, signal transduction, macromolecular biosynthesis and respiration.

For the food production in India one of the major constraints is the poor P status of the soil Dotaniya et al. Phosphorus exists in nature in a variety of organic and inorganic forms. Although P is abundant in soils in both organic and inorganic forms, its availability is restricted to plants as it occur mostly in insoluble forms Pradhan and Sukla, [15].

Since P deficiency is the most important key limiting factor restricting the plant growth, chemical phosphatic fertilizers are widely used to increase crop yields, where soluble forms of P fertilizer used are easily precipitated as insoluble form, which leads to excessive and repeated application of P fertilizers Alam et al. A large portion of soluble inorganic phosphate applied to the soil as chemical fertilizer is immobilized and becomes unavailable to crop plants. A large number of microorganisms present in the rhizosphere are known to solubilize insoluble phosphorus Ranadev et al.

Phosphorus solubilizing activity is carried out by a large number of saprophytic bacteria and fungi through various microbial processes or mechanisms including organic acid production and proton extrusion Karpagam and Nagalakshmi, [11]. Inorganic P is solubilized by the action of organic and inorganic acids secreted by PSB in which hydroxyl and carboxyl groups of acids chelates cations and decreases the pH. The PSB dissolves the soil P through the production of low molecular organic acids like gluconic and ketogluconic acids, role of bio fertilizer in agriculture research papers.

P solubilization ability of PSB has direct correlation with pH of the medium. The use of phosphate solubilizing bacteria as inoculants simultaneously increases P uptake by the plant and crop yield. Strains from the genera Pseudomonas, Bacillus and Rhizobium are among the most powerful phosphate solubilizers Hilda and Reynaldo.
